Mid-Term Board of Supervisors Position Available

An unexpired appointed position on the Underwood Conservation District board of supervisors is available for mid-term appointment by the Washington State Conservation Commission (WSCC). Conservation district board supervisors are public officials who serve without compensation and set policy and direction for the conservation district.  Applicants must be registered voters in Washington state and may be required to be landowners or operators of a farm depending on the current composition of the district board. Applicants for appointed positions do not have to live within the district to apply. The term of the appointment ends May 2029 and will open again for appointment in 2029. Applications and supporting materials for the mid-term position must be received by WSCC no later than July 15, 2026.
